Device for charging the cooling device with milk.
The subject of the invention is a device which is used to supply the cooling devices, which are primarily installed in milk collection houses, with milk.
According to the invention, the arrangement is made in such a way that the milk is intermittently fed to the collecting vessel arranged above the distribution channel through a riser line dipping into a container by the suction effect of a water jet air suction device, which can simultaneously serve to feed the cooling water to the cooling apparatus so that special power source for the promotion of milk is dispensable.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in elevation, partially in section. The cooling water is fed to the cooling pipe system 1 of the milk cooler by a water jet device 2 through the pressure line. 3 supplied. The water jet pump 2, which is also designed as an air sucker, is connected by a pipe 4 to a collecting vessel 5 which is arranged above the distribution channel 6 of the milk cooler and has a suction line 7, the lower end of which dips into a storage container 8 for the milk. At the bottom of the collecting

a ball valve 10 is kept closed.
The pipe 4 connecting the collecting vessel 5 to the air sucker 2 also has a pipe section 12 opening into the open through a tap 11, so that when the tap 11 is closed, the air sucker 2 has a suction effect on the interior of the collecting vessel 5. As a result, the valve 10 is held firmly on the seat and the milk in the storage container 8 is conveyed into the collecting vessel 5 through the riser 7. In order to prevent the milk from leaking out of the collecting vessel 5 through the pipe 4 to the air sucker, a float ball JM is provided in the collecting vessel 5 which, when the collecting vessel 5 is completely filled with milk, blocks the access to the pipe 4.
If the cock 11 is opened, no further suction is exerted on the collecting vessel, and the air entering through the opened cock enables the milk in the collecting vessel 5 to flow out through the pipe 9 into the collecting channel 6 of the cooling device. If the milk has emerged from the collecting vessel 5, the process can be repeated by closing the tap 11.
The upper part 14 of the collecting vessel connected to the pipe 4 can be removed, for example after loosening the screws 15, whereby the interior of the collecting vessel is made easily accessible for the purpose of cleaning.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for charging cooling devices with milk, characterized in that the collecting vessel (5) arranged above the distribution channel (6) carries the milk through a riser pipe (7) immersed in a container (8) by the suction of a water jet air suction device (2 ) is supplied intermittently.
