Abdeckvorrichtung für Kochlöcher bei Herdplatten.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Abdeckvorrichtung für die Kochlöcher an Herdplatten.
Die neue Vorrichtung ist in der Weise verstellbar ausgebildet, dass sie zum Regeln des Zuges für die Feuerung dient.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen senkrechten Längsschnitt durch die Feuerung mit Herd- platte und Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht.
Die Fig. 3 bis 4 zeigen die gleichen Ansichten bei veränderter Stellung der Teile.
Die Abdeckvorrichtung für das Kochloch der Herdplatte 1 besteht aus einem Ring 2 und einer Platte 3. Der Ring 2 besitzt zwei Gruppen von Öffnungen 4 bzw. 5, die einander gegenüberliegend sich über einen Teil der Ringfläche erstrecken, wogegen an der Platte 3 ein Ausschnitt 6 vorgesehen ist, der je nach Lage der Platte entweder die Öffnungen 4 oder die Öffnungen 5 ganz oder teilweise freilegt.
In der Stellung nach Fig. 1 und 2 kann Frischluft durch die Öffnungen 4 an der dem Abzug 7 der Feuerung entgegengesetzten Seite eintreten. Sie wird durch einen Rand 8 nach unten abgelenkt, so dass sie die Platte 3 nicht abkühlen kann, sondern mit den Feuergasen in Berührung gebracht wird, wodurch der Wirkungsgrad der Feuerung verbessert wird.
Soll die Feuerung eingedämmt und abgeschwächt erhalten werden, dann wird die Platte 3 in die Stellung nach Fig. 3 und 4 gebracht, in der die Frischluft durch die grösseren Öffnungen 5 unmittelbar in den Abzug 7 strömt und als sogenannte falsche Luft die Feuerung zurückgehen lässt. Die Öffnungen 4,5 können auch gänzlich abgestellt werden, wenn die Platte 3 in die Mittellage zu den Stellungen nach Fig. 2 und 4 gebracht wird. An der Platte 3 sind noch Glühzapfen 9 in beliebiger Zahl, Grösse und Verteilung angeordnet, durch die die Herdplatte schneller erhitzt wird.
Statt des Ausschnittes 6 können auch Öffnungen in der Platte 3 vorgesehen werden, die mit den Öffnungen 4,5 korrespondieren. Gegebenenfalls kann der Ring 2 auch fortfallen und die Platte 3 wird dann nur mit einer Reihe von Öffnungen versehen, die je nach der Einstellung die Frischluft vor oder hinter der Feuerung eintreten lassen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Abdeckvorrichtung für Kochlöcher bei Herdplatten mit Regelung der Frischluftzufuhr von oben, mittels gegeneinander verdrehbarer mit Löchern versehener Platten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4, 5) im Zuge der Rauchgasführung vor und hinter der Feuerung angeordnet sind, so dass die Frischluft je nach Drehung der Platten entweder vor oder hinter der Feuerung zugeführt wird, um die Wirkung der Feuerung zu verstärken oder zu dämpfen.

The invention relates to a covering device for the cooking holes on hotplates.

The cover device for the cooking hole of the hotplate 1 consists of a ring 2 and a plate 3. The ring 2 has two groups of openings 4 and 5, which extend opposite one another over part of the ring surface, whereas a cutout 6 on the plate 3 is provided which, depending on the position of the plate, either completely or partially exposes the openings 4 or the openings 5.
In the position according to FIGS. 1 and 2, fresh air can enter through the openings 4 on the side opposite the flue 7 of the furnace. It is deflected downwards by an edge 8 so that it cannot cool the plate 3 but is brought into contact with the fire gases, whereby the efficiency of the firing is improved.
If the furnace is to be contained and weakened, then the plate 3 is brought into the position according to FIGS. 3 and 4, in which the fresh air flows through the larger openings 5 directly into the fume cupboard 7 and lets the furnace go back as so-called false air. The openings 4, 5 can also be turned off completely when the plate 3 is brought into the central position in the positions according to FIGS. 2 and 4. On the plate 3 there are also glow plugs 9 in any number, size and distribution, through which the hotplate is heated more quickly.
Instead of the cutout 6, openings can also be provided in the plate 3 which correspond to the openings 4, 5. If necessary, the ring 2 can also be omitted and the plate 3 is then only provided with a series of openings which, depending on the setting, allow fresh air to enter in front of or behind the furnace.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Covering device for cooking holes in hotplates with regulation of the fresh air supply from above, by means of mutually rotatable plates provided with holes, characterized in that the openings (4, 5) are arranged in the course of the flue gas duct in front of and behind the furnace, so that the fresh air depending after rotation of the plates is fed either in front of or behind the furnace in order to increase or dampen the effect of the furnace.
