Maschine zur Herstellung von Mundstückpfropfen für Zigaretten oder Zigarettenhülsen.
Die Erfindung hat eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Mundstückpfropfen zum Gegenstand und betrifft insbesondere die Lagerung und Abwickelung der Materialrollen für diese Mundstückpfropfen.
An die Mundstückpfropfen wird die Anforderung gestellt, dass sie nicht allein das Hülsenende widerstandsfähig machen, sondern auch das Innere der Hülse ganz ausfüllen und durch ihre schwammige Beschaffenheit den Durchtritt des Tabakrauches gestatten und seine schädlichen Bestandteile aufsaugen.
Dementsprechend wird für die Mundstückpfropfen ein lockeres Fasermaterial in Form von schmalen Streifen verwendet, welche aus mehreren, teilweise mit Chemikalien imprägnierten Lagen bestehen, die unregelmässig gebildete Rollen ergeben, deren störungsfreie Abwickelung besondere Einrichtungen erfordert.
Diese Rollen unterscheiden sich ausserdem von den üblichen Kartonbandrollen für Mundstücke dadurch, dass sie wesentlich kürzere Materialstreifen enthalten und daher oft ausgewechselt werden müssen ; überdies sind die Rollen wenig haltbar und verursachen häufige Störungen bei ihrer Abwickelung und Zuführung zu den Verarbeitungsstellen.
Der Zweck der Erfindung ist, die Materialrollen in einer Weise zu lagern und abzuwickeln, welche ihre störungsfreie Verarbeitung ermöglicht.
Zu diesem Zweck werden erfindungsgemäss die Materialrollen auf einem Halter befestigt, der in einer waagrechten oder nahezu waagrechten Ebene drehbar angeordnet ist, wodurch die Materialrollen in zuverlässiger Weise gestützt sind. Hiebei können mehrere Rollen übereinander gleichzeitig auf dem Halter befestigt werden, so dass die Störungen durch das häufige Auswechseln der kurzen Materialrollen verringert werden.
Für die Abwicklung der Materialstreifen von der Rolle wird ein Transporträdchen verwendet, dessen Welle in einem um eine zur Vorschubrichtung des Materialstreifens parallele Achse schwenkbaren und stellbaren Lager umläuft.
Das Transporträdchen wird gegen eine ortsfeste Unterlage mittels einer Stellschraube eingestellt, die in einer drehbaren Mutter geführt ist, welche das Ausschwenken der Stellschraube gestattet.
Um eine gleichmässige Spannung des biegsamen Antriebsmittels für das Transporträdchen zu erzielen, ist die Antriebsscheibe in einem unter Federzug stehenden schwenkbaren Halter gelagert. Es wird dadurch erzielt, dass der Materialstreifen, dessen unregelmässige Beschaffenheit zu Störungen beim Abwickeln häufig Anlass gibt, in der Transporteinrichtung leicht zugänglich und übersichtlich ist und durch stets gleichmässigen Druck gefördert wird.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen in einem Anführungsbeispiel schematisch veranschaulicht u. zw. ist Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht der Maschine, Fig 3 zeigt die Anordnung des Transporträdchens in Vorderansicht.
Auf dem Maschinentische 1 (Fig. 1 und 2) ist ein Lager 2 befestigt. das am Ende einen Bolzen 3 trägt, um welchen der Bobinenhalter 4 waagrecht und drehbar angeordnet ist. Der Bobinenhalter 4 hat in der Mitte einen Zapfen 5, der die Materialrollen 6 für die Mundstückwickel aufnimmt und durch vorgesehene Federn gegen Verdrehung sichert.

Der Materialstreifen 6 wird durch einen Kanal 7 mit stellbarer Seitenwand 8 geführt, in dem das Tansporträdchen 9 gegen den Materialstreifen 6 angepresst wird. Am anderen Ende der Welle 10 des Transporträdchel1s 9'ist eine stufenförmige Rillenscheibe 11 befestigt.
Eine Gegenscheibe 12 ist auf einer Welle 13 befestigt, welche ein Zahnrad 14 trägt. Letzteres kämmt mit dem Zahnrad 15 auf der Hauptwelle 16 der Maschine und wird gleichmässig und kontinuierlich angetrieben. Eine Schnur Tl überträgt die umlaufende Bewegung der Welle 13 und der Schnurscheibe 12 auf die Schnurscheibe 11 und das Transporträdchen 9.
