Vorrichtung zum Einstellen von Arbeitsstücken, insbesondere für Schuhmacher.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einstellen von Arbeitsstücken in die für die Bearbeitung günstigste Lage, bestehend aus einem in einem Lagerständer schwenkbar angeordneten, mit einer durchgehenden Öffnung versehenem Schwenkstück, in dem erfindungsgemäss ein zum mittelbaren oder unmittelbaren Befestigen des Werkstückes eingerichtetes Futterstück der Höhe nach verstellbar und drehbar angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist auch der Lagerständer so ausgebildet, dass sowohl die Grundplatte, als auch der an letztere sich rechtwinkelig anschliessende Ständer zum Aufstellen auf den Werktisch dienen kann.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes.

An die dreieckige Grundplatte 1 schliesst sich der gleichfalls dreieckige Ständer 2 an, in welchem ein Lagerzapfen 3 festsitzt, auf dem das beispielsweise zylindrisch geformte Schwenkstück 4 gelagert ist. Durch das Schwenkstück 4 geht eine Öffnung, in welcher das Rohr 5 verschiebbar und drehbar eingepasst ist. Mittels der Kopfschraube 6 kann das Futterstück oder Rohr 5 in jeder gewünschten Lage festgeklemmt werden. Auf der rechten Seite des Schwenkstückes 4 ist der Zapfen 7 befestigt, welcher im Lagerständer 22, der an der Grundplatte festsitzt, ruht. Das freie Ende des Zapfens 7 trägt ein Gewinde 8, auf welchem die Gewindemutter 9, die zum Feststellen des Schwenkstückes 4 dient, aufgeschraubt ist. Das Rohr 5 weist eine Klemmschraube 10 zum Festklemmen des Schaftes 11 auf.
Der Schaft 11 sitzt in diesem besonderen Fall an einem Schuhdehner, der einerseits aus der Gewinde- mutter 12 und der Backe 13, anderseits aus der Backe 14 und der Gewindemutter 15 besteht. In beiden Gewindemuttern sitzt der Gewindebolzen 16, welcher auf einer Seite ein Rechts-, auf der anderen Seite ein Linksgewinde aufweist, so dass durch Drehen des Gewindebolzens 16 die zwischen den Leistenteilen 17, 18 befindlichen Backen 13, 14 voneinander oder zueinander bewegt werden. Die Stütze 19, auf welcher die Gewindemutter 15 aufruht, kann im Rohre 5 fest oder auswechselbar angeordnet sein. Das Futterstück 20 aus Blech od. dgl. dient zum Überbrücken des Spaltes 21 zwischen den beiden Leistenteilen 17, 18.
Das Arbeitsstück wird mit seinem Schaft 11 od. dgl. in das Rohr 5 gesteckt und mittels der Klemmschraube 10 befestigt. Nach Lüften der Kopfschraube 6 kann das Rohr 5 höher oder tiefer gestellt oder nach Bedarf um seine vertikale Achse gedreht werden. Das Schwenkstück 4 kann beliebig um seine waagrechte Achse geschwenkt und vermittels der Gewindemutter 9 in der gewünschten Lage fixiert werden. Die ganze Vorrichtung kann auch auf den wie die Grundplatte 1 geformten Lagerständer 2 gestellt werden. Durch die ganze Anordnung der Vorrichtung ist es möglich, das Arbeitsstück in die jeweils für die Bearbeitung günstigste Lage zu bringen, es in dieser Lage zu fixieren und nunmehr mit Schleifscheiben, Fräser, Polierscheibe oder Handwerkszeug zu bearbeiten.

The present invention relates to a device for setting workpieces in the most favorable position for machining, consisting of a pivoting piece arranged pivotably in a storage stand, provided with a through opening, in which according to the invention a chuck piece set up for direct or indirect fastening of the workpiece according to the height is arranged adjustable and rotatable. According to the invention, the storage stand is also designed in such a way that both the base plate and the stand adjoining the latter at right angles can be used for setting up on the workbench.

The triangular base plate 1 is followed by the likewise triangular stand 2, in which a bearing pin 3 is firmly seated, on which the, for example, cylindrically shaped pivoting piece 4 is mounted. An opening in which the tube 5 is slidably and rotatably fitted extends through the pivot piece 4. By means of the head screw 6, the chuck or pipe 5 can be clamped in any desired position. On the right side of the pivot piece 4, the pin 7 is attached, which rests in the bearing stand 22, which is fixed to the base plate. The free end of the pin 7 has a thread 8 on which the threaded nut 9, which is used to fix the pivot piece 4, is screwed. The tube 5 has a clamping screw 10 for clamping the shaft 11.
In this particular case, the shaft 11 is seated on a shoe stretcher which consists on the one hand of the threaded nut 12 and the jaw 13 and on the other hand of the jaw 14 and the threaded nut 15. In both threaded nuts sits the threaded bolt 16, which has a right-hand thread on one side and a left-hand thread on the other side, so that by turning the threaded bolt 16 the jaws 13, 14 located between the strip parts 17, 18 are moved from one another or towards one another. The support 19, on which the threaded nut 15 rests, can be arranged in the tube 5 in a fixed or replaceable manner. The lining piece 20 made of sheet metal or the like serves to bridge the gap 21 between the two strip parts 17, 18.
The work piece is inserted with its shaft 11 or the like into the pipe 5 and fastened by means of the clamping screw 10. After the head screw 6 has been released, the tube 5 can be set higher or lower or rotated around its vertical axis as required. The pivot piece 4 can be pivoted about its horizontal axis as desired and fixed in the desired position by means of the threaded nut 9. The entire device can also be placed on the storage stand 2 shaped like the base plate 1. Through the entire arrangement of the device it is possible to bring the workpiece into the most favorable position for processing, to fix it in this position and then to process it with grinding disks, milling cutters, polishing disks or hand tools.
