  Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur   Herstellung   von Farbendessins auf Pappe. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von farbigen Dessins auf Pappe und bezweckt, eine Dessinierung ohne Anwendung von Farbstoff auf der mit Farbmasse überdeckten Oberfläche der Pappe zu erzielen. Die Erfindung selbst besteht darin, dass das Dessin etwa mittels Patrone, gravierten Walzen oder Matrizen unter hohem Druck aufgepresst wird. 



   Bei der zur Ausführung des Verfahrens verwendeten Patrone, Matrize oder Walze sind einzelne Teile des Dessins gegenüber den andern Teilen erhöht, wodurch die Presswirkung verschieden wird und das Gesamtdessin in verschieden nuancierten Farbtönen erscheint. 



   Bei Durchführung des Verfahrens wird die Pappenoberfläehe vorerst mit einem druckfähigen   Spezialfarbstoff gestrichen, getrocknet   und hernach entweder in einem Arbeitsgang durch einen Friktionskalander mit umlaufender gravierter Walze, entsprechender Matrize oder   flächiger   Patrone mit Hochglanz versehen und gleichzeitig das Dessin unter hohem Druck aufgepresst oder in zwei Arbeitsgängen die getrocknete Pappe vorerst in Friktionskalander mit Hochglanz versehen und hernach in einer Presse oder zwischen gravierten Walzen oder mit Hilfe entsprechender Matrizen oder flächigen Patronen das Dessin unter hohem Druck aufgepresst. 



   Die nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Dessins erscheinen in einer Farbe, aber in verschiedenen Farbentönungen jener Teile des Dessins, welche in der Matrize oder der Gravierung bzw. Patrone in verschiedenen Ebenen liegen. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von farbigen Dessins auf Pappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Farbstoff gestrichen mit Hochglanz versehene   Pappenoberfläche   unter der Einwirkung hohen Druckes dessiniert wird.

   The invention relates to a method and a device for the production of colored designs on cardboard and aims to achieve a design without the use of dye on the surface of the cardboard covered with dye mass. The invention itself consists in that the design is pressed on under high pressure, for example by means of a cartridge, engraved rollers or dies.



   In the case of the cartridge, die or roller used to carry out the process, individual parts of the design are raised compared to the other parts, whereby the pressing effect is different and the overall design appears in different nuanced shades.



   When carrying out the process, the cardboard surface is first coated with a printable special dye, dried and then given a high gloss either in one operation by a friction calender with a revolving engraved roller, corresponding die or flat cartridge and the design is simultaneously pressed on under high pressure or in two operations Dry cardboard is first given a high gloss finish in a friction calender and then the design is pressed on under high pressure in a press or between engraved rollers or with the help of appropriate matrices or flat cartridges.



   The designs produced according to this process appear in one color, but in different shades of color, for those parts of the design that lie in different planes in the die or the engraving or cartridge.
