Das Patent Nr. 114402 betrifft einen Propeller für Geschirrwaschmaschinen, dessen unterer, das Waschwasser zuerst erfassender Teil in Form einer Schraubenfläche verläuft. welche dann in eine Zylinderfläche übergeht, wobei die Achse dieser Zylinderfläche in der Streurichtung des Propellers liegt.
Eine wesentliche Steigerung der Waschwirkung kann bei Verwendung dieses Flügels noch dadurch erzielt werden, dass man die das Waschwasser erfassende Schraubenfläche in eine Kegelfläche, Pyramidenfläche oder eine Prismenfläche oder aber in eine Kombination dieser Flächen, allenfalls in Verbindung mit einer Zylinderfläche übergehen lässt, wobei es von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist, dass die Achse dieser Flächen in der Streurichtung des Propellerflügels liegt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Flügel, bei welchem die Schraubenfläche in eine Kegelfläche übergeht in vertikaler Projektion und Fig. 3 denselben Flügel in horizontaler Projektion. Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch die Kegelfläche nach der Linie A-il der Fig. 1. Fig. 2 zeigt die vertikale Projektion eines Flügels, welcher die Schraubenfläche in eine Pyramidenmantelfläche übergehen lässt und Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch diese Pyramidenmantelfläche nach Linie B-B der Fig. 2. Fig. 6 zeigt die Ausführung des Behälterunterteiles, in welchem der vorbeschriebene Flügel untergebracht wird.
Der um die Welle ? drehbare Propellerflügel verläuft bei allen dargestellten Ausführungsformen von c bis a in Form einer leicht ansteigenden Schraubenfläche und geht von der Erzeugungslinie a-b an in eine Kegelmantelfläche oder gemäss Fig. 2 und 5 in eine Pyramidenmantelfläehe über, deren Achsen m-m die Streurichtung der Propellertlügel bestimmen.
Der durch das Patent Nr. 114402geschützte Propellerflügel, sowie die hier beschriebenen Ausführungsformen desselben bringen nun die beste Leistung hervor und ermöglichen ein Arbeiten mit einem Minimum von Waschwasser, wenn sie gemäss Fig. 6 derart in den Waschgutbehälter L eingebaut werden, dass die den Propeller umgebenden Wände l'des Wasehgutbehälters L konisch sind und den Mantel eines mit der Spitze nach unten gerichteten Kegels oder einer Pyramide bilden. Dadurch ist der Propeller imstande, das herabfallende Wasser, welches bereits Wascharbeit geleistet hat, sofort wieder zu erfassen und zur Gänze wieder durch Hochheben in Zirkulation zu bringen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Propeller für Geschirrwaschmasehinen nach Patent Nr. 114402, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sehraubenfläehe der Propellerflügel in eine Kegelmantel-oder in eine Pyramidenmantel-oder Prismen- mantelfläche übergeht, deren Achse in der Streurichtung des Propellerflügels liegt.
