  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Borstenstreifen mit schwalbenschwanzförmigem   Borstenrahmen,   insbesondere für   Malerbnrsten.   



   Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Borstenstreifen mit   schwalbenschwanzförmigem   Borstenrahmen, insbesondere für   Malerbürsten.   Borstenstreifen mit schwalbenschwanzförmigem Rahmen sind an und für sich bekannt. Das Verfahren gemäss der Erfindung bezweckt, Borstenstreifen zu schaffen, bei denen ein Ausfallen der Borsten unmöglich ist. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten mit ihren in bekannter Weise vorher in ein Bindemittel getauchten Köpfen in einen U-förmigen Rahmen   eingesehoben   werden und sodann der Rahmen um die   Borstenköpfe   auf Schwalbenschwanzform zusammengepresst wird, so dass Borstenköpfe, Bindemittel und Rahmen nach dem Erstarren des Bindemittels ein einheitliches Ganzes bilden. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines gemäss der Erfindung hergestellten Borstenstreifens dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Teil der Seitenansicht'und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt des Borstenstreifens. 



   Der Blechrahmen a ist zuerst U-förmig. Die Köpfe'der   Borsten b, nämlich   die Borstenendteile, die in der Haut des Tieres stecken, werden in bekannter Weise in ein Bindemittel getaucht. Sie werden sodann in den Rahmen eingeschoben. Hierauf wird der Rahmen a auf Schwalbenschwanzform zusammengepresst. Er kann gleichzeitig mit einer Reihe von Kerben   o   versehen werden, welche einen   unverrück-   baren Sitz der Borsten in der   Längsrichtung   des Rahmens sichern.

The method is characterized in that the bristles are lifted into a U-shaped frame with their heads previously dipped in a binding agent in a known manner and then the frame is pressed together around the bristle heads in a dovetail shape so that the bristle heads, binding agent and frame after solidification of the binder form a single whole.
