Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauteilen, Röhren u. dgl. aus armiertem Beton.
Eisenarmierungen im Beton haben bekanntlich den Zweck, die Zug-und Druckbeanspruchung zu tragen. Es ist klar, dass die Grenzen der zulässigen Beanspruchung einer Eisenbetonkonstruktion durch Erzeugung einer primären Spannung in der Eisenarmierung entsprechend erhöht werden können.
Erfindungsgemäss wird diese innere Spannung der Eisenarmierung dauernd auf die Weise erreicht, dass die Armierung in erhitztem Zustande auf einen Kern, ein Gerüst od. dgl. derart aufgebracht wird, dass sie nach dem Erkalten unter Spannung steht und hierauf in Beton eingebettet wird. Dieses Verfahren eignet sich besonders zur Erzeugung von Rohren, Säulen, Piloten, Tragbalken u. dgl.
In der Zeichnung sind einige Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemäss hergestellten Bedarfsartikel dargestellt. Es zeigen die Fig. 2,4 und 5 axiale Längsschnitte und die Fig. 1, 3 und G Querschnitte.
Gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 wird auf ein dünnwandiges Rohr 1 aus Beton, Eisen od. dgl. erhitztes Stangeneisen oder Draht 2 schraubenförmig oder gitterförmig aufgespannt und dann durch eine Betonschicht- ? bedeckt.
Gemäss Fig. 3 und 4 werden auf ein Blechrohr parallel mit seiner Achse Leisten 5 gelegt. über welche erhitztes Stangeneisen oder Draht 6 schraubenförmig oder gitterförmig ausgespannt und durch eine äussere Betonschicht 7 bedeckt wird.
Gemäss Fig. 5 und 6 wird eine Reihe von Längsstäben 8 im Kreise parallel zueinander aufgestellt, in dieser Lage durch beliebige geeignete Mittel, z. B. durch zwei Hilfsrahmen, gesichert und mit schraubenförmig gewundenen erhitztem Draht 9 umwunden, der in einer Betonschicht 10 vollständig eingebettet wird.

As is well known, iron reinforcements in concrete have the purpose of bearing tensile and compressive loads. It is clear that the limits of the permissible stress on a reinforced concrete structure can be increased accordingly by generating a primary stress in the iron reinforcement.
According to the invention, this internal tension in the iron reinforcement is permanently achieved in such a way that the reinforcement is applied in a heated state to a core, a framework or the like in such a way that it is under tension after cooling and is then embedded in concrete. This method is particularly suitable for the production of pipes, columns, pilots, supporting beams and the like. like
