und schiebt sich dabei in axialer Richtung nach dem Wolf zu, entsprechend der Steigung ihres Innengewindes, das bei der Drehung als Mutter wirkt, die sich je nach der Drehrichtung auf der Hülse 11 voroder zurückbewegt. Durch diese in axialer Richtung erfolgende Verschiebung der Hülse 8 nimmt ihr ringförmiger Ansatz 7 den Konus 3 mit, so dass sich letzterer vom Kranz 4 der Riemenscheibe 1 löst, bei entgegengesetzter Hülsendrehung in diesen hineindrückt. Die Verschiebung wird dadurch begrenzt, dass sich die Konusnabe 5 gegen den vor der Büchse 11 liegenden Stellring 18 legt. Der dabei entstehende Druck in axialer Richtung wird vom Kugellager 13 aufgenommen, das im Ring 14 eingesetzt ist.
Die festliegende Büchse 11 kann durch Lösen der Schraube 10 in axialer Richtung verstellt werden, damit bei einem Verschleiss des Konus 3 die Möglichkeit vorhanden ist, die Büchse 11 so nachzustellen, dass dem Hebel 16 die Stellung gegeben werden kann, die ein einwandfreies Schalten der Kupplung vom Stand des Bedienungsmannes aus gewährleistet.
Bei der Inbetriebsetzung der Maschine schiebt der Arbeiter den Hebel wieder in seine Anfangstellung, wodurch der ringförmige Ansatz 7 der Hülse 8 den Konus 3 wieder gegen die Reibfläche des Riemenscheibenkranzes 4 presst. Der hiebei entstehende Druck wird vom Druckkugellager 15 aufgenommen.
Von besonderer Wichtigkeit ist noch, dass die das Kuppeln und Entkuppeln bewirkenden Teile durch die Hülse 8 vollständig eingekapselt sind, wodurch Betriebsstörungen bzw. Beschädigungen der Kupplungsorgane verhütet werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Antriebskupplung für Fleischwölfe, gekennzeichnet durch eine mittels eines Handhebels (16) um die Antriebswelle (2) verdrehbare Hülse (8), die bei ihrer Verdrehung zugleich eine axiale Längsverschiebung erfährt und dadurch den Kupplungskonus in den Kupplungskranz (4) der Antriebsscheibe (1) einrückt bzw. aus ihm ausrückt.

The fixed sleeve 11 can be adjusted in the axial direction by loosening the screw 10, so that if the cone 3 wears, there is the possibility of readjusting the sleeve 11 so that the lever 16 can be given the position that enables proper switching of the clutch guaranteed from the operator's stand.
When the machine is started up, the worker pushes the lever back into its initial position, as a result of which the annular extension 7 of the sleeve 8 presses the cone 3 again against the friction surface of the pulley ring 4. The resulting pressure is absorbed by the thrust ball bearing 15.
It is also of particular importance that the parts causing the coupling and uncoupling are completely encapsulated by the sleeve 8, which prevents malfunctions or damage to the coupling members.
