   Das Stammpatent Nr. 110556 betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Permanganat und Paraformaldehyd enthaltenden Desinfektionsmittels in fester Form, bei welchem man einem aus Stärke und Permanganat bestehenden Pulver eine Geruchskomposition von ätherisehen Ölen zusetzt, die so

   Infolge der innigen Mischung und der gleichmässigen Verteilung des   Paraformaldrhyds   mit

 wertvolle Bestandteile der Geruchskomposition durch die Einwirkung des   Paraformaldehyds   teilweise paralysiert werden, wodurch die Mischung des Produktes nach einiger Zeit geschwächt werden könnte. 



   Um dies zu vermeiden, wird gemäss der vorliegenden Zusatzerfindung das Paraformaldehyd nur zum geringen Teile oder gar nicht der Masse zugesetzt, sondern in fester Form z. B. als Tablette, Würfel od. dgl. in Vertiefungen der fertiggeformten Masse eingelassen. Durch das in der Masse enthaltene Permanganat und die Einwirkung der   ätherischen   Öle bzw. die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird Paraformaldehyd
