    Saugförderanlage   für Sand od. dgl. 



   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine selbsttätige und regelbare Zuführungsvorrichtung für Sand und Material ähnlicher Konsistenz zu einer Saugleitung, wie sie z. B. bei Sandstrahlgebläsen mit Sandansaugung verwendet wird. Bei den bisher üblichen Sandstrahlgebläsen mit Sandansaugung musste, falls keine besondere maschinelle Vorrichtung hiefür verwendet wurde, die ständige   Sandzuführung,     bei Vermeidung eines Verstopfens der Saugleitung, in der Weise erfolgen, dass die Mündung oder Saugleitung an der Oberfläche des Sandes von Hand aus entlang geführt wurde. Die vorliegende Vor-   richtung besteht ans dem   Sandbehälter   A, dessen Öffnung B, durch die bewegliche Schiebtür C, zum Teil oder ganz geschlossen werden kann.

   Aus der Öffnung B führt die geneigte Rinne D, die durch das   Abschlussstüek B   begrenzt wird. Die Mündung der Saugleitung F liegt oberhalb der Rinne D in derartiger Höhe, dass einerseits ein Ansaugen des auf der Rinne D befindlichen Materials gewährleistet ist, dass anderseits die beim Aufhören des Ansaugens, entsprechend dem jeweiligen   Böschungswinkel a   des Materials sich einstellende Stauung, mindestens einen Teil der Mündung frei lässt, so dass beim Wiederbeginnen des Saugens eine Verlegung dieser Mündung vermieden wird. Der Abschluss der Öffnung B durch den Stauhügel verhindert nach Aufhören des Saugzuges den Zufluss weiteren Materials, der nach erneuertem Einsetzen des Saugzuges wieder eintritt.

   Die Schiebetür C ermöglicht es, den Materialzufluss in weiten Grenzen zu regeln.

The closure of opening B by the mound prevents the inflow of further material after the induced draft has ceased, which re-enters after the induction draft has been restarted.

   The sliding door C makes it possible to regulate the flow of material within wide limits.
