Switching arrangement for the power indicator measuring reactive power.
The invention relates to a measuring device or a switching arrangement for power indicators measuring reactive power for single and multi-phase alternating current systems, with a device being connected in each of the current paths of the voltage coils that are relatively movable to the current coils, which shifts the current phase by a twelfth of a period or a multiple thereof .
According to the invention, the power indicator is a single-pole or multi-pole Un. assigned switching device, which allows the current phase shifting device to be optionally replaced by an induction-free resistor in order to enable a practically simultaneous measurement of the active and reactive power. The reactive power is read when the phase-shifting resistor is connected to the measuring current, while the measuring circuit with the

forms of leadership illustrated.
1 shows, for example, a schematic diagram of a measuring device for active and reactive power. R, S are the two network conductors, B any network load. 1 with the current coil, with 2 the voltage coil, with 3 an inductive resistor (choke coil), with 4 a non-inductive resistor and with 5 the unipolar switchover switch. By converting the latter, there is a change from the active power display to the reactive power display and vice versa without changing the supply lines leading from the network to the power indicator.
The measuring device can, for example, also have the embodiments shown schematically in FIG. 2. In this figure, R, S are again the two mains conductors, B any mains load, 1 the current coil, 2 the voltage coil, Yes, 3b are inductive resistors, which can possibly be designed as a choke coil with a branch, 4a, 4b are induction-free resistors, 6 a two-pole changeover switch with three single and one double contact. The latter switch is used again to switch from active power to reactive power display. In this embodiment, the additional device consists of the inductive resistors Ja, 3b and the non-inductive resistor 4a.
The constant of the power indicator is set by means of the induction-free resistor 4b when the real power is displayed.
The embodiments of the measuring device described so far and shown schematically in FIGS. 1 and 2, for example, are intended for power indicators in single-phase alternating current two-wire systems.
It is characteristic and essential as well as practically very advantageous for the described measuring device with switching from active to reactive power display that no change needs to be made between the two displays on the supply lines leading from the network or the intermediate current and voltage converters to the power indicator; nor when the transducers are switched on into the network, since the transition from active power to reactive power display takes place by simply operating an off or changeover switch of the switching arrangement, i.e. on the measuring device itself.
When used in multi-phase alternating current systems, the measuring device also has the significant advantage that the information obtained from the shape of the voltage triangle and the phase
