Pressure switch.
The present invention relates to a push button switch with two push buttons and consists in the fact that the two freely guided push buttons arranged in a known manner on each side of the control cradle are under the influence of a uniform spring which is supported on the upper surface of the control cradle.
The cradle spring is arranged perpendicular to the switching cradle axis and below it, expediently in the upper longitudinal recesses of the cradle and provided with end bends on which the push buttons are supported.
A bridge-like bracket is provided for push-button guidance and storage of the switch cradle axis, one end of which is inserted into a slot in the switch plate and the other end is fastened to the latter by means of a through pin.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a switch according to the invention is shown, u. Between shows: FIG. 1 the same in view, FIG. 2 the switch cradle with the mainspring in section or in underneath and side view and FIG. 3 the switch in plan view.
In the drawing, a denotes the switch plate, on whose blocks b, b 'the fixed contact springs e, c' are plugged, d the switching paths with the contacts e and the notches f, which are arranged on the side surfaces of the cradle, g the oscillation axis of the Cradle, h a symmetrical spring guided and held there under the oscillating axis, on the ends of which the push buttons i, i 'are supported and which lies in a longitudinal recess k of the control cradle, l the support bridge with the bearing lugs M for the swing axis g of the cradle and bends p, o at the end, one (p) of which is inserted into an incision in the record, while the other is U-shaped,
plugged over a projection of the switch plate and fastened by means of a push-through pin q (without any screw).
When used as a sub-plaster switch, the entire inner device is held immovably by a strip s placed across the upper bridge web, the ends of which are inserted into incisions near the upper edge of the box and the middle by means of a pin or the like on the bridge web against displacement is secured.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Push button switch with two push buttons, characterized in that the two freely guided push buttons (i, i ') arranged in a known manner on each side of the cradle axis (g) are under the influence of a uniform spring (h) which is applied to the upper surface the cradle is supported.
