  Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Blockkondensatoren. 



   Es ist bekannt, Blockkondensatoren, die in eine Isoliermasse eingebettet sind, in der Weise herzustellen, dass das Paket aus   Isolier-und Leiterplättehen   mit einer staubförmigen oder plastischen Isoliermasse umgeben und in einer Pressform durch Druck und Wärme zu einem Stück vereinigt wird. 



   Es musste hiebei aber die Druckform erwärmt und der Druck während des Erkaltens aufrechterhalten werden, um Blasenbildung zu vermeiden, was bei der grossen Wärmekapazität der Pressform und der langsamen Erkaltung eine zeitraubende und daher sehr kostspielige Sache ist. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung wird nun nicht die Pressform erwärmt, sondern es werden die zusammengesteckten Kondensatorteile für sich unabhängig von der Pressform, z. B. in einem Wärmekasten auf die für die Vereinigung mit der verwendeten Isoliermasse notwendige Temperatur gebracht und dann in der kalten Pressform unter Druck gesetzt. Die Pressform wirkt dabei abkühlend auf den Block aus Isoliermasse, so dass ein etwa fünfmal rascheres Arbeiten und daher eine weit bessere Ausnutzung der teueren Pressformen erzielt wird. 



   Die Erwärmung der Kondensatorteile kann auch in der Pressform selbst in der Weise erfolgen, dass die Form nicht wesentlich miterwärmt wird. Dies kann z. B. durch Anschliessen des Kondensators an eine entsprechende Wechselstrom quelle, oder durch Einlagen eines an eine beliebige Stromquelle angeschlossenen Heizwiderstandes in die Isoliermasse oder auch zwischen Kondensatorblock und Pressform erfolgen. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockkondensatoren, die in eine Isoliermasse eingebettet sind, die im pulverförmigen, festen oder plastischen Zustand zum Umgeben der aus Isolier-und Leiterplättehen bestehenden Pakete verwendet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusammengestellten Kondensatorteile, ohne die Pressform zu erwärmen, auf die für die Vereinigung mit der verwendeten Isoliermasse notwendige Temperatur gebracht und dann in der kalten Pressform unter Druck gesetzt werden.

   According to the invention, the mold is not heated, but the assembled capacitor parts are independently of the mold, for. The mold has a cooling effect on the block of insulating compound, so that work is about five times faster and therefore a far better use of the expensive molds.



   The heating of the capacitor parts can also take place in the mold itself in such a way that the mold is not significantly heated.
