In vielen bekannten.

Standard current measuring device for circuits for the direct measurement of temperature-dependent quantities or for the indirect measurement of temperature-independent quantities.
In many known. Measurement circuits are ammeters used to control the setting of the current to a normal current strength. For example, in the compensation circuit shown in FIG. 1, in the circuit formed by a current source 1, an ammeter 2 and a resistor 3, the current is kept at a certain constant value by regulating the resistor. The control device is represented by the sliding contact 4. If the current in this circle is constant, there is a voltage between every two points of the part of the resistor 3 located between the battery 1 and the sliding contact 4, for example between battery 1 and sliding contact 7, which is proportional to the included resistor.
If, as is appropriate, the current is given a round value, for example 1/10 A, the partial resistance through which this current flows, e.g. B. to indicate the voltage present between the power source 1 and the sliding contact 7 without further notice. This is used in Fig. 1 to compensate for an unknown voltage, which is illustrated by an element 5 with two liquids separated by a diaphragm. 6 is the zero galvanometer.
If this compensation circuit z. B. used to determine the concentration of one solution of the element 5, if the other solution is a normal solution, as is used in the electrical measurement analysis, one encounters the difficulty that the voltage determined by the compensation measurement apart from the dissolved voltage Substance and the desired concentration is still dependent on the temperature.
So that this temperature dependency does not require a conversion of the measurement result, according to the invention the ammeter 2 is provided with different marks for the normal current at different temperatures, i. H. When the EMF of the element 5 to be determined for a certain normal temperature, for example 0, changes with the fluctuations in the outside temperature, the normal current in relation to the value at normal temperature, for example 0, is also changed accordingly so that the setting of the sliding contact 7 is changed accordingly Place takes place as at normal temperature and the correct normal current strength.
2 shows the scale of a normal current measuring device, in which the deflections to be set are marked for different temperatures, the position for intermediate temperatures being easy to determine by interpolation.
The measuring device can also have a full scale and the marks for the individual temperatures can be placed on lines at different heights. The individual marks are then connected by a line or the intersection of the line and the lines mentioned are used as marks, as can be seen in FIG. This makes interpolation easier. The

In order to achieve greater reading accuracy, it is advisable to use springs that are pretensioned in a known manner, so that the sensitivity is increased in relation to the entire scale and its visible part. 4 shows a measuring device designed in this way with a shortened scale. The millimeter graduation k, nnn C may be omitted.

Normal current measuring devices according to the invention can be used wherever the measurement result is influenced by a variable that is temperature-dependent in a known manner, be it that the desired variable, such as an EMF, is temperature-dependent and is to be determined for a normal temperature, or that, as in the cited example, a temperature-independent variable, the percentage content of a solution is measured by conveying a temperature-dependent variable in the example of the EMF.
