Abstract

Se desvela un aparato de enfriamiento. El aparato de enfriamiento comprende un alojamiento, un primer líquido y un segundo líquido ubicados dentro del alojamiento. El primer líquido tiene una densidad más alta y un punto de ebullición más bajo que el segundo líquido. El aparato de enfriamiento comprende, además, un dispositivo de intercambio de calor para transferir calor al primer líquido para evaporar el primer líquido para formar un primer vapor de líquido. El aparato de enfriamiento comprende también una pluralidad de miembros de disipación de energía independientes que se extienden a través del alojamiento. Estos miembros de disipación de energía independientes se mueven en respuesta a un flujo de fluido creado por la interacción del primer vapor de líquido y el segundo líquido y transfieren calor a un volumen externo al alojamiento. El aparato de enfriamiento puede enfriar un cuerpo mientras consume energía eléctrica mínima o incluso nula. Como tal, el aparato de enfriamiento es respetuoso con el medio ambiente y su funcionamiento es más barato.
