Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método in vitro para marcar o detectar o direccionar una célula eucariota de un organismo multicelular, comprendiendo el método las etapas de: a) poner en contacto una muestra que comprende células eucariotas con al menos un compuesto monosacárido modificado de la ruta de las pentosas fosfato, excluyendo arabinosa; b) poner en contacto la muestra de la etapa (a) con un compuesto que lleva un primer grupo reactivo, opcionalmente en presencia de cobre; y c) opcionalmente detectar el compuesto de la etapa (b) unido al monosacárido de la etapa (a), de modo de detectar células eucariotas; en donde dicho al menos un compuesto monosacárido modificado de la ruta de las pentosas fosfato comprende un grupo reactivo X, denominado un segundo grupo reactivo, y en donde el primer y el segundo grupo reactivos son capaces de reaccionar juntos en una reacción química click, de modo de obtener el compuesto de la etapa (b) unido a dicho monosacárido. Reivindicación 10: Una composición farmacéutica que comprende una célula eucariota que presenta en su superficie al menos un compuesto monosacárido modificado de la ruta de las pentosas fosfato, como definido en una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, opcionalmente ligado operativamente o no a una droga anticáncer o a partículas que comprenden una droga anticáncer.
