Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un cristal de tres componentes que comprende (a) un compuesto de la fórmula (2); (b) un compuesto de la fórmula (3); y (c) una base de amina, en donde los componentes están en una relación aproximadamente equimolar de 1:1:1. Reivindicación 9: Un método para la preparación de un compuesto de la fórmula (1), el método comprende los pasos de: (a) hacer reaccionar una suspensión de un cristal de tres componentes que comprende (i) un compuesto de la fórmula (2); (ii) un compuesto de la fórmula (3); y (iii) una base de amina, en un solvente aprótico con un agente de activación de ácido, en donde los componentes están presentes en una relación aproximadamente equimolar de 1:1:1 y (b) permitir que el acoplamiento de los compuestos activados por ácidos de las fórmulas (2) y (3) avance hacia la formación del compuesto de la fórmula (1).
