Abstract

Se da a conocer un sistema de colocación de stent y un método de carga de stent. El sistema de colocación de stent incluye un mango, un tubo externo, una pieza de retención y una pieza para la liberación retardada y es estructuralmente sencillo y fácil de usar. Durante la liberación de un stent de la pieza de retención, un extremo proximal del stent está siempre asegurado a la pieza para la liberación retardada, evitando así que el stent se desplace hacia atrás bajo la acción de las fuerzas ejercidas por la sangre y, por consiguiente, da lugar a una precisión de posicionamiento mejorada para la liberación del stent. Además, durante la liberación del stent de la pieza de retención, el extremo distal del stent puede estar asegurado a un tubo interno, además de la fijación del extremo proximal del stent a la pieza para la liberación retardada. Esto puede impedir que el stent se displace hacia delante o atrás durante la liberación de una sección media del mismo, lo que da lugar a la liberación del stent bajo un control de posicionamiento verdaderamente preciso.
