Abstract
La presente se refiere a un implante (1) para tratar malformaciones arteriovenosas, en particular aneurismas (2), en el que el implante (1) en un estado comprimido por medio de un microcatéter (3) puede ser llevado a un destino en el sistema de vasos sanguíneos de un paciente y del implante (1) se imprime sobre una estructura secundaria, por medio de la cual, al liberarse del microcatéter (3) adopta un estado expandido, en el que el implante (1) se conecta de manera separable a un accesorio de inserción (5) a través de un punto de separación (4), y en donde el implante (1) tiene un cuerpo principal (6) en el estado expandido, cuyo cuerpo principal tiene un segmento proximal y un segmento distal, en donde el segmento proximal y distal tienen forma de domo, en donde el lado convexo del domo del segmento proximal (7) apunta en la dirección proximal y el lado convexo del domo del segmento distal (8) apunta en la dirección distal, y en donde el segmento proximal y distal (7, 8) se conectan entre sí mediante una pluralidad de puntales de conexión. Alternativamente, el implante puede estar en la forma de una flor de tulipán cerrada. El implante (1) de acuerdo con la presente es capaz de adaptarse bien a la forma del aneurisma respectivo (2).
