Abstract

Una manguera flexible plana para el transporte de un fluido, por ejemplo, agua, susceptible de moverse entre una posición de reposo en donde es sustancialmente plana y una posición de trabajo en donde se expande radialmente bajo la presión del fluido. La manguera comprende una primera capa interior (2) que define un eje (X), una segunda capa (3) de protección, una capa textil de refuerzo (4) interpuesta entre la primera capa (2) y la segunda capa (3). La primera y la segunda capa (2, 3) están fabricadas, respectivamente, de un primer y un segundo material elastomérico termoplástico compatibles de tal manera que se adhieren entre sí. La capa textil de refuerzo (4) está compuesta por hilos textiles rígidos que presentan, al menos parcialmente, una primera y segunda inclinaciones respectivas predeterminadas (a, b) entre sí opuestas con respecto al eje (X), de manera que la longitud de la manguera permanezca inalterada tanto en la posición de reposo como en la posición de trabajo. La capa textil de refuerzo (4) es una capa tricotada con puntos de cadeneta (6) de tipo tricot con filas de malla (8) e hileras de malla (7) compuestas por puntos de cadeneta (6).
