Abstract
La presente proporciona un material sólido para purificación de aire y desinfección, y un método de preparación y aplicación de este. El material sólido incluye: 50 - 60% en peso de materiales porosos inorgánicos, 10 - 20% en peso de dióxido de nano titanio, 3 - 5% en peso de materiales fluorescentes, 20 - 30% en peso de clorito de sodio, 3 - 5% en peso de lignosulfonato de sodio, 1 - 10% en peso de polietilenglicol, y 1 - 10% en peso de alcohol polivinílico. El método para preparar el material sólido incluye: formular el material fluorescente en una suspensión mediante el uso de una solución acuosa de polietilenglicol; mezclar de manera uniforme el dióxido de nano titanio, el lignosulfonato de sodio y el material fluorescente formulado en la suspensión, y luego pulverizar la mezcla en un portador de material poroso inorgánico para que se absorba de manera uniforme; y mezclar el clorito de sodio con la mezcla anterior para obtener mediante granulación el producto. El material sólido para la purificación de aire de la presente se puede almacenar de manera estable durante un largo período de tiempo, y el gas de dióxido de cloro liberado lentamente puede degradar sustancias nocivas en el aire, tal como el formaldehído, y eliminar bacterias en el aire.
