Abstract

El lector biométrico portátil de alta resolución para neonatos (1) incorpora una estructura portátil curvilínea del tipo electrónica, que se basa en un cuerpo de estructuración y agarre cómodo para que el operador pueda manejarlo con una sola mano e inclinación de la superficie de captura para posicionamiento según la posición del neonato, permitiendo la toma de las impresiones dactilares del neonato y madre por medio de la técnica de reflexión total interna frustrada con prisma como sistema óptico (4) con resolución superior a 29 lp/mm. (1450 ppi) en toda el área de captura mayor a 18 x 36 mm., con miras a una completa optimización en los procedimientos de obtención de imágenes de impresiones dactilares, palmares y plantares de recién nacidos (neonatos) y de las impresiones dactilares de la madre, es decir, el registro simultáneo de las impresiones dactilares del bebe y de la madre y la implementación de un sistema de documentación médica que mejore el rastreo de los registros.
