Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una suspensión acuosa estable caracterizada porque comprende: (i) partículas dispersas de al menos un material de efecto beneficioso, en donde las partículas dispersas tienen una distribución del tamaño de partícula caracterizada por D₉₀ de 50 mm o menos; (ii) del 10 al 60% en peso, con base en el peso total de la suspensión, de al menos un adyuvante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en compuestos de la fórmula R¹-O-(R²-O)ₙ-R³, en donde R¹ es alquilo C₈₋₂₂ o alquenilo C₈₋₂₂, cada R² se selecciona, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en radicales de alquileno C₂₋₅, con la condición de que al menos un R² sea distinto de un radical de alquileno C₂ cuando R¹ es alquilo C₉₋₁₅ o alquenilo C₉₋₁₅; n es un número entero de 1 a 35, y R³ es H o alquilo C₁₋₅, y mezclas de tales compuestos; y (iii) al menos un compatibilizante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: (a) compuestos de éter de la fórmula R⁴-O-(CH₂-CH₂-O)ₘ-H, en donde R⁴ es alquilo C₆₋₈, m es un número entero de 1 a 15, y mezclas de tales compuestos de éter; (b) compuestos sulfatados de la fórmula R⁶-O-(R⁵-O)ₚ-S(O)₂-O⁻M⁺, en donde R⁵ se selecciona, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en radicales de alquileno C₂₋₅, p es un número entero de 0 a 15, R⁶ es alquilo C₆₋₁₄ y M⁺ es un ión álcali o ion amonio, y mezclas de tales compuestos sulfatados; y (c) mezclas de al menos un compuesto de éter como se define en (a) y al menos un compuesto sulfatado como se define en (b). Reivindicación 6: La suspensión acuosa de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 5, caracterizada porque el al menos un material de efecto beneficioso se selecciona de agentes agroquímicamente activos, agentes farmacéuticamente activos y agentes cosméticos. Reivindicación 20: Un proceso para preparar una suspensión acuosa estable, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas: (A) (1) mezcla de una suspensión acuosa de partículas de al menos un material de efecto beneficioso con al menos un compatibilizante para obtener una suspensión de material de efecto beneficioso compatibilizado; y (2) combinación de la suspensión de material de efecto beneficioso compatibilizado con al menos un adyuvante para obtener una suspensión acuosa; o (B) (1) adición a una solución de al menos un compatibilizante, de al menos un adyuvante; y (2) combinación de la solución adyuvante compatibilizada con una suspensión acuosa de partículas de al menos un material de efecto beneficioso para obtener una suspensión acuosa; en donde el al menos un compatibilizante se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: (a) compuestos de éter de la fórmula R⁴-O-(CH₂-CH₂-O)ₘ-H, en donde R⁴ es alquilo C₆₋₈, m es un número entero de 1 a 15, y mezclas de tales compuestos de éter; (b) compuestos sulfatados de la fórmula R⁶-O-(R⁵-O)ₚ-S(O)₂-O⁻M⁺, en donde R⁵ se selecciona, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en radicales de alquileno C₂₋₅, p es un número entero de 0 a 15, R⁶ es alquilo C₆₋₁₄ y M⁺ es un ión álcali o ion amonio, y mezclas de tales compuestos sulfatados; y (c) mezclas de al menos un compuesto de éter como se define en (a) y al menos un compuesto sulfatado como se define en (b); y en donde el al menos un adyuvante se selecciona del grupo que consiste en compuestos de la fórmula R¹-O-(R²-O)ₙ-R³, en donde R¹ es alquilo C₈₋₂₂ o alquenilo C₈₋₂₂, cada R² se selecciona, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en radicales de alquileno C₂₋₅, con la condición de que al menos un R² sea distinto de un radical de alquileno C₂ cuando R¹ es alquilo C₉₋₁₅ o alquenilo C₉₋₁₅; n es un número entero de 1 a 35, y R³ es H o alquilo C₁₋₅, y mezclas de tales compuestos. Reivindicación 26: Una suspensión acuosa estable de plaguicida-adyuvante caracterizada porque se puede obtener por el proceso de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 20 - 25.
