Abstract

Se describe un recipiente de presión de material plástico, especialmente para un recipiente de aerosol que presenta un cuerpo de recipiente básicamente cilíndrico (2). Un extremo longitudinal del cuerpo del recipiente presenta una abertura (8) que está conformada con una tapa de válvula para la entrega de un producto de llenado gaseoso, líquido, pulverulento, pastoso, o similar, que puede cerrarse en forma estanca a la presión. Un espacio interior del cuerpo del recipiente (2) está dividido por medio de un pistón (10) que puede desplazarse longitudinalmente a lo largo de un eje longitudinal ubicado en una cámara de recepción (4) adyacente a la abertura (8) para la recepción del producto de llenado y un reservorio (5) estanco a la presión separado de la misma para un medio de presión. El reservorio (5) está cerrado en forma estanca a la presión mediante una pieza de fondo (6). El cuerpo del recipiente (2) está conformado como un cuerpo hueco en un procedimiento de soplado. El pistón (10) presenta dos labios de obturación periféricos separados entre sí en dirección axial (13, 14), en donde un labio de obturación superior (13) se extiende en la cámara de recepción (4) y un labio de obturación inferior (14) se extiende en el reservorio (5). Los labios superior e inferior (13, 14) pueden ser compresibles y/o comprimidos en forma estanca al fluido contra una pared interior (3) que limita el espacio interior del cuerpo del recipiente (2) por una presión en la cámara de recepción (4) y el reservorio (5).
