Abstract
Los explosivos en emulsión con burbujas de gas que son resistentes a la migración dentro del pozo o a la coalescencia. Tales emulsiones pueden sensibilizarse al introducir mecánicamente burbujas de gas en la emulsión. La resistencia a la migración de burbujas de gas y coalescencia puede lograrse mediante la homogeneización, sin la necesidad de agentes de estabilización de burbujas. Reivindicación 1: Un método para suministrar un explosivo en emulsión, caracterizado porque comprende: obtener una matriz de emulsión que comprende una fase discontinua de gotitas de solución sal oxidante en una fase continua de un combustible, en donde la matriz de emulsión tiene una viscosidad inicial de aproximadamente 4000 cP a aproximadamente 20,000 cP; introducir mecánicamente burbujas de gas en la matriz de emulsión para sensibilizar la matriz de emulsión y formar un explosivo en emulsión; y homogeneizar el explosivo en emulsión para formar un explosivo en emulsión homogeneizada con una viscosidad mayor o igual que 80,000 cP y que está desprovista de un aditivo que estabiliza las burbujas de gas. Reivindicación 15: Un método para suministrar un explosivo en emulsión, caracterizado porque comprende: dividir una solución de sal oxidante en una primera porción y una segunda porción; mezclar la primera porción de la solución de sal oxidante con un combustible para formar una matriz de emulsión rica en combustible de baja viscosidad, en donde el combustible está sustancialmente desprovisto de un aditivo que estabiliza las burbujas de gas; introducir mecánicamente burbujas de gas en la matriz de emulsión preliminar para sensibilizar la matriz de emulsión rica en combustible y formar un explosivo en emulsión rico en combustible; mezclar la segunda porción de la solución de sal oxidante en el explosivo en emulsión rico en combustible para formular un explosivo en emulsión más balanceado con viscosidad incrementada; y homogeneizar el explosivo en emulsión más balanceado para formar un explosivo en emulsión homogeneizada con viscosidad incrementada.
