Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una construcción de ADN que comprende: a) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido IPD103 que tiene actividad insecticida; y b) uno o más polinucleótidos seleccionados de: i) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido PtIP-83 que tiene actividad insecticida; ii) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido Cry1B que tiene actividad insecticida; iii) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido Cry1B variante que tiene actividad insecticida; iv) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido Cry1C que tiene actividad insecticida; v) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido Cry1D que tiene actividad insecticida; y vi) un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido Cry1J que tiene actividad insecticida.
