Abstract
Polinucleótidos y polipéptidos asociados con resistencia aumentada de la planta a los hongos patogénicos, en particular a los hongos que inducen podredumbre de raíz y podredumbre de tallo en las plantas y su uso para controlar los patógenos fúngicos de planta y para producir plantas transgénicas que tienen resistencia aumentada a los hongos patogénicos. Reivindicación 1: Un método para aumentar la resistencia de una planta o una parte de esta a al menos un hongo patogénico y/u Oomycetes, caracterizado porque comprende modular la expresión y/o actividad de al menos un polipéptido al menos 80% idéntico a un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste en las SEQ ID Nº 586, 571 - 585, y 587 - 939 dentro de al menos una célula de la planta o parte de esta, de este modo aumenta la resistencia de dicha planta o parte de esta a el al menos un hongo patogénico y/u Oomycetes en comparación a la resistencia de una planta de control.
