Abstract
Los procesos y sistemas para la producción integrada de propileno y un alquilato, tal como cumeno, pueden incluir la alimentación de una materia prima de hidrocarburos que contiene propano a una zona de reacción de deshidrogenación de propano para convertir una porción del propano en propileno. El propileno se separa en un sistema de separación para formar una corriente de propileno de grado polimérico, una corriente de propileno de baja pureza y una corriente de propano. La corriente de propileno de baja pureza es entonces alimentada a una zona de reacción de alquilación donde el propileno se hace reaccionar para producir un producto alquilado y generar un vapor a baja presión. El vapor de baja presión puede entonces alimentarse al sistema de separación como una fuente de calor, integrando el sistema de deshidrogenación y el sistema de alquilación.
