Abstract
Puesto de eviscerado, el cual permite el trabajo de dos operarios de forma simultánea e independiente, sin interferir en la tarea del otro, que abarca el proceso de eviscerado y lavado de carcasas, vísceras y panzas, en un mismo puesto de dimensiones reducidas. El puesto comprende una mesa sobre la que se conforman tres zonas de trabajo, una primera conformada por una bandeja con desagüe (1) receptora de aves; una segunda zona donde se realiza el eviscerado (2) y que posee al menos una boca de descarga de no comestibles del ave (2a) y al menos dos bocas de descarga para vísceras comestibles del ave (2b), ubicándose por abajo de estas bocas de descarga respectivos recipientes (2c), (8); y una tercera zona de lavado (3), separada de la segunda zona por una cortina (6), y que consta de una bandeja con desagüe y una pequeña mesada central (3a) para el lavado de panzas; por sobre la mesa de trabajo se ubica una estructura de transporte de aves que soporta dos rieles ovales (4) por los cuales se desplazan carros (4a) con perchas (5) capaces de recorrer las mencionadas tres partes de la mesa.Eviscerated position, which allows the work of two operators simultaneously and independently, without interfering with the other's task, which includes the process of eviscerating and washing carcasses, viscera and bellies, in the same position of reduced dimensions.
