Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la producción de hidrolizado de biomasa desalado que comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una biomasa; b) realizar el pretratamiento ácido de la biomasa; c) realizar la hidrólisis de la biomasa para obtener un hidrolizado de biomasa; d) realizar una separación sólido-líquido del hidrolizado de biomasa para obtener una fase sólida y una fase líquida; e) desionizar la fase líquida mediante electrodiálisis usando al menos una membrana bipolar; f) realizar la separación de una fracción ácida y/o una alcalina de la fase líquida desionizada; g) añadir al menos parte de la fracción ácida separada a la etapa b) en el que las etapas a) a g) se repiten al menos una vez. Reivindicación 11: Hidrolizado desalado preparado según un procedimiento según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10. Reivindicación 12: Uso de un hidrolizado desalado según la reivindicación 11 como medio de fermentación.
