Abstract

En un aspecto, un primer dispositivo determina información de ubicación de transmisor que indica una ubicación para cada uno de uno o mas transmisores que proporcionan señales de sincronización. El primer dispositivo inserta la información de localización de transmisor en un IE de sincronización de tiempo y transmite el IE de sincronización de tiempo a un segundo dispositivo. El segundo dispositivo recibe la información de ubicación del transmisor desde el primer dispositivo y determina uno o mas retardos de propagación de una señal de sincronización recibida desde un transmisor con base en la información de ubicación del transmisor recibida por el transmisor en el IE. El segundo dispositivo utiliza los uno o mas retardos de propagación determinados para compensar una diferencia de tiempo entre el primer dispositivo y un transmisor de la señal de sincronización.
