Abstract

La presente se refiere a la modificación de superficie de materiales. En particular, se refiere a un proceso para la modificación de superficie de materiales poliméricos para hacer que la superficie no resulte adherente, con el objeto de reducir la capacidad de los materiales para adherirse sobre ella, y así brindar un flujo óptimo. El proceso comprende los siguientes pasos: estampar la superficie de un objeto con un patrón que comprende micropilares que tienen diferentes formas (circulares, cuadradas, rectangulares, poligonales, prismáticas) con diámetro circular, altura y espaciado equivalentes, en el rango que abarca desde 10 hasta 200 mm; aplicar una capa de adhesivo para lograr un cubrimiento que oscila entre 0,1 y 5 mg/cm² sobre la superficie estampada, ya sea mediante recubrimiento por aspersión o recubrimiento por inmersión; y depositar desde 0,2 hasta 1,2 mg/cm² de partículas hidrófobas, en donde las partículas hidrófobas tienen un tamaño de partícula en el rango que oscila entre 0,1 y 10 mm.
