Abstract

Se proporcionan marcadores moleculares útiles para identificar, seleccionar y/o proporcionar plantas de fríjol de soja que exhiben tolerancia, tolerancia mejorada o susceptibilidad a la deficiencia de hierro, métodos para su uso, y composiciones que tienen uno o más loci marcadores. Los métodos comprenden detectar al menos un locus marcador, detectar un haplotipo y/o detectar un perfil de marcador. Los métodos pueden comprender, además, cruzar una planta de fríjol de soja seleccionada con una segunda planta de fríjol de soja.
