Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a compuestos y sales de ellos adecuadas para usos farmacéuticos, para tratar o prevenir las enfermedades mediadas por GLS1, incluyendo el cáncer. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de la fórmula (1) o una sal del mismo adecuada para usos farmacéuticos, donde Q es piridazin-3-ilo, 1,2,4-triazin-3-ilo o 1,2,4-triazin-6-ilo; R es hidroxilo, flúor o metoxi; R¹ es hidroxilo, metoxi, difluorometoxi o trifluorometoxi; y R² es metilo o etilo.
