Abstract

Un montaje para la inclusión entre un trépano y una sarta de perforación, donde el montaje tiene un mecanismo de embrague de rápida velocidad que desprende el trépano de la sarta de perforación durante la porción de deslizamiento de un ciclo de adherencia-deslizamiento, de manera de permitir al trépano la rotación libre más rápidamente que la sarta de perforación. El montaje además incluye un amortiguador de vibración rotacional funcionalmente conectado entre el embrague de rápida velocidad y el trépano. El amortiguador de vibración puede incluir una cámara de fluido con fluido viscoso o restricciones para el flujo de fluido a fin de realizar la amortiguación. Durante la operación normal, el embrague de rápida velocidad de un solo sentido permanece unido para transferir par motor entre la sarta de perforación y el trépano, mientras que el amortiguador torsional se encuentra en su máxima posición desplazada para transferir la carga.
