Abstract

La presente se refiere a un sistema para determinar el uso de casco que incluye un medio formador de imágenes significa que está instalado en una posición predeterminada y que forma imágenes de un vehiculo de dos ruedas que se desplaza por un camino; y un medio para determinar el uso de casco que procesa una imagen formada por el medio formador de imágenes, estima una región de la cabeza del piloto correspondiente a una cabeza de una persona que viaja sobre el vehículo de dos ruedas que se desplaza por el camino, compara características de la imagen de la región de la cabeza del piloto con características de la imagen de acuerdo con la cabeza en un momento en que se tiene puesto un casco o/y en un momento en que no se tiene puesto un casco, y determina si el piloto tiene puesto el casco o no.
