Abstract

Se ilustran un sistema y un método para calibrar un dosificador de una máquina distribuidora de producto, tal como una sembradora neumática agrícola. El sistema utiliza uno o ambos sensores de flujo de masa óptico o de impacto para medir el caudal de producto. Los sensores se usan para medir el caudal de masa durante un proceso de calibración mientras la máquina está siendo usada. Para mejorar la precisión del sensor durante el proceso de calibración, la velocidad del dosificador se cambia para cambiar el caudal de producto a un régimen en el cual aumenta la precisión del sensor.
