Abstract

Producto alimenticio, en particular una porción unitaria de queso 1, 2, empaquetado en un envoltorio laminar con un contorno configurado en forma tridimensional, en el que el envoltorio laminar envuelve en forma hermética al producto alimenticio y en el que está prevista una costura para apertura rápida destinada a abrir el envoltorio laminar y para descubrir completamente el producto alimenticio, en donde el envoltorio laminar presenta dos partes laminares 6, 7, 8, 9 conectadas entre sí mediante una costura de sellado 5 configurada como costura para apertura rápida, y que imitando su contorno se encuentran sobre el producto alimenticio de manera ajustada, en donde por lo menos una de las partes laminares 6, 7, 8, 9 es una lámina plástica blanda contorneada que, al abrírsela, puede ser pelada conservando el contorno del producto alimenticio y perdiendo al menos temporariamente el contorno propio.
