Abstract
El presente se refiere al campo de silenciamiento génico mediado por el ARN en especies de insectos. El presente se basa, en parte, en una secuenciación de los genes de las pestes de especies de avispa de las agallas (Leptocybe invasa (Li) y Ophelimus maskelli (Om)), invasivas de los eucaliptos. En ciertos aspectos, el mismo presenta ácidos nucleicos de las avispas Li y Om y sus derivados, y su uso como agentes para el control de la avispa de las agallas. Reivindicación 1: Un ácido nucleico aislado que comprende una secuencia que se hibrida selectivamente, en condiciones de hibridación con elevada astringencia, a una secuencia seleccionada dentro del grupo conformado por las secuencias SEQ ID Nº 15, SEQ ID Nº 16, SEQ ID Nº 17, SEQ ID Nº 18, SEQ ID Nº 19, SEQ ID Nº 20, SEQ ID Nº 21, SEQ ID Nº 22, SEQ ID Nº 23, SEQ ID Nº 24, SEQ ID Nº 25, SEQ ID Nº 26, SEQ ID Nº 45 a 123, SEQ ID Nº 127 a 132, SEQ ID Nº 234 a 244, y sus secuencias complementarias.
