Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Uso de compuestos de la fórmula (1) en donde: X1 es S, S=O, O ó NR; X2 es S, O ó NR; R es hidrógeno, NRARB, OH, alquilo C1-6, halógenoalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halógenoalcoxi C1-6, alquiltio C1-6, halógenoalquiltio C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo o fenilo; RA, RB son, independientemente entre sí, hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6carbonilo, alquinil C1-6carbonilo, alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquinil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquil C1-6aminocarbonilo, di(alquil C1-6)aminocarbonilo, alquenil C1-6aminocarbonilo o alquinil C1-6aminocarbonilo; R1 es hidrógeno, OH, alquilo C1-6, halógenoalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halógenoalcoxi C1-6, alquiltio C1-6, halógenoalquiltio C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6 o alquil C1-6carbonilo; R2 es halógeno, OH, CN, nitro, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6carbonilo, alquinil C1-6carbonilo, alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquinil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquil C1-6aminocarbonilo, di(alquil C1-6)aminocarbonilo, alquenil C1-6aminocarbonilo o alquinil C1-6aminocarbonilo o fenilo; n es un entero entre 0 y 4, en donde los grupos alifáticos y cíclicos R, R1 y R2 pueden tener 1, 2, 3, 4 o hasta la mayor cantidad posible de grupos idénticos o diferentes Ra; Ra es amino, halógeno, hidroxilo, nitro, CN, carboxilo, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-8, alquil C1-6amino, alquil C1-4carbonilo, alcoxi C1-4carbonilo, alquil C1-4carboniloxi o NRARB; y los N-óxidos y las sales aceptables en agricultura de los compuestos de la fórmula (1), y de las composiciones que comprenden los compuestos de la fórmula (1), caracterizado porque es para combatir los hongos fitopatogénicos.Reivindicación 3: Un método para combatir hongos dañinos, caracterizado porque comprende: tratar los hongos o los materiales, las plantas, el suelo o las semillas que se desean proteger del ataque fúngico con una cantidad eficaz de al menos un compuesto como se define en la reivindicación 1, o una composición que lo comprende. Reivindicación 5: Compuestos, caracterizados porque tienen la fórmula (1), en donde: X1 es S, S=O, O ó NR; X2 es S, O ó NR; R es hidrógeno, NRARB, OH, alquilo C1-6, halógenoalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halógenoalcoxi C1-6, alquiltio C1-6, halógenoalquiltio C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo o fenilo; RA, RB son, independientemente entre sí, hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6carbonilo, alquinil C1-6carbonilo, alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquinil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquil C1-6aminocarbonilo, di(alquil C1-6)aminocarbonilo, alquenil C1-6aminocarbonilo o alquinil C1-6aminocarbonilo; R1 es hidrógeno, OH, alquilo C1-6, halógenoalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halógenoalcoxi C1-6, alquiltio C1-6, halógenoalquiltio C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6 o alquil C1-6carbonilo; R2 es halógeno, OH, CN, nitro, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, cicloalquil C3-6-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6carbonilo, alquinil C1-6carbonilo, alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, alquenil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquinil C1-6oxicarbonilo, alquil C1-6aminocarbonilo, di(alquil C1-6)aminocarbonilo, alquenil C1-6aminocarbonilo o alquinil C1-6aminocarbonilo o fenilo; n es un entero entre 0 y 4, en donde los grupos alifáticos y cíclicos R, R1 y R2 pueden tener 1, 2, 3, 4 o hasta la mayor cantidad posible de grupos idénticos o diferentes Ra: Ra es amino, halógeno, hidroxilo, nitro, CN, carboxilo, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-8, alquil C1-6amino, alquil C1-4carbonilo, alcoxi C1-4carbonilo, alquil C1-4carboniloxi o NRARB; y los N-óxidos y las sales aceptables en la agricultura de los compuestos de la fórmula (1); excepto por 4-acetil-4,9-dihidro-pirrol[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1,3-diona, 2,4-diacetil-4,9-dihidro-pirrol[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1,3-diona, 2,4,9-triacetil-4,9-dihidro-pirrol[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1,3-diona, 2-metil-9H-benzo[b]pirrol[3,4-e][1,4]tiazin-1,3-diona y 9-acetil-2-metil-9H-benzo[b]pirrol[3,4-e][1,4]tiazin-1,3-diona. Reivindicación 13: Una composición agroquímica, caracterizada porque comprende un solvente o portador sólido y, al menos, un compuesto de la fórmula (1), como se define en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 12, un N-óxido o una sal de este aceptable en la agricultura.
