Abstract

Un aparato para almacenar y dosificar vino que comprende un alojamiento formado sustancialmente con la forma de un barril de vino. El alojamiento incluye una pared circunferencial, un primer extremo cerrado y un segundo extremo abierto. Una canilla para dosificar de manera selectiva el vino está soportada y posicionada a través del primer extremo cerrado del alojamiento. Un inserto desmontable disponible en el alojamiento a través del segundo extremo abierto contiene una bolsa depósito plegable para vino. Un orificio para dosificar el vino esta contenido dentro de la bolsa depósito e inserto. Con el inserto posicionado dentro del alojamiento. El orificio es posicionado próximo al segundo extremo abierto del mismo. Un conducto con comunicación fluida con la canilla se extiende desde el primer extremo cerrado hacia el segundo extremo abierto. Después de colocar el inserto dentro del alojamiento, el conducto es conectado al orificio desde donde el vino puede ser dosificado selectivamente desde la canilla.
