Abstract
También se refiere a composiciones que comprenden estos compuestos y a su uso en agricultura u horticultura para controlar o prevenir la infestación de plantas mediante microorganismos fitopatogénicos, preferiblemente hongos.Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) donde R1 representa hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, SH, alquil C1-8tio, alquil C1-8sulfinilo, alquil C1-8sulfonilo, NH2, alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, (R7O)carbonil(alquilo C1-4), fenilo o piridilo, donde el alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, fenilo y piridilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, NH2, NH-alquilo C1-8, N(alquilo C1-8)2, NO2, OR7, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6 y un heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos que se seleccionan independientemente de O, S y N, siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes o átomos adyacentes de azufre y oxígeno; A2 representa el ciclo de fórmula (2); D1 representa N o C-Y1; D2 representa N o C-Y2; donde D1 y D2 no pueden ser ambos N; D3 representa N o C-R6; D4 representa N o C-R5; donde D3 y D4 no pueden ser ambos N; R2, R4, R5 y R6 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representan hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO2, alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, fenilo, un heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos que se seleccionan independientemente de O, S y N, siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes o átomos adyacentes de azufre y oxígeno, COR8, OR7, SH, alquil C1-8tio, alquil C1-8sulfinilo, alquil C1-8sulfonilo, feniltio, fenilsulfinilo, fenilsulfonilo, N(R9)2, CO2R7, O(CO)R8, CON(R9)2, NR9COR8 o CR8N-OR7, donde el alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, fenilo y heterociclo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, NH2, NO2, OR7, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4; o R4 y R5, R5 y R2, o R6 y R2 junto con el fragmento del anillo piridilo al que están unidos pueden formar un anillo carbocíclico parcial o completamente insaturado de 5 a 7 miembros o un anillo heterocíclico parcial o completamente insaturado de 5 a 7 miembros que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos que se seleccionan independientemente de O, S, N y N(R9), siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes o átomos adyacentes de azufre y oxígeno, y donde el anillo formado con R4 y R5, R5 y R2, o R6 y R2 está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, NH2, NO2, OH, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; X representa: #-Z1-Z2-#, #-Z3-Z4-Z5-#, #-Z6-Z7-Z8-Z9-#, ó #-Z10-Z11-Z12-Z13-Z14-#; Z1, Z2, Z3, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8, Z9, Z10, Z11, Z13 y Z14 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representan CR10R11, C=O o C=CR12R13; Z4 y Z12 representan CR14R15, SiR16R17, C=O o C=CR12R13; o en cada caso dos radicales adyacentes Z4 y Z5 o Z7 y Z8 o Z8 y Z9 o Z11 y Z12 o Z12 y Z13 o Z13 y Z14 pueden representar juntos un grupo que se selecciona de CR10=CR11- y -CºC-, donde #-Z6-Z7-Z8-Z9-# o #-Z10-Z11-Z12-Z13-Z14-# no puede contener más de uno de estos grupos; cada R10 y R11 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representa hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, OH, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o fenilo, donde el fenilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; o R10 y R11 junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos pueden formar un grupo cicloalquilo C3-6 o un grupo halocicloalquilo C3-6; cada R12 y R13 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representa hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C1-4 o haloalquilo C1-4; cada R14, R15, R16 y R17 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representa hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, OH, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o fenilo, donde fenilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; o R14 y R15 junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos pueden formar un grupo cicloalquilo C3-6 o un grupo halocicloalquilo C3-6; donde los grupos #-Z1-Z2-#, #-Z3-Z4-Z5-#, #-Z6-Z7-Z8-Z9-#, ó #-Z10-Z11-Z12-Z13-Z14-# contienen a lo sumo un anillo que contiene uno solo de los radicales Z1 a Z14 o dos radicales Z1 a Z14 o tres radicales Z1 a Z14 o cuatro radicales Z1 a Z14 como miembros en el anillo; y donde los radicales Z1, Z3, Z6 y Z10 no están sustituidos con OH; y donde ninguno de Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8, Z9, Z10, Z11, Z12, Z13 y Z14 representa un átomo de carbono sustituido con dos OH; Y1, Y2 e Y3 independientemente uno con respecto al otro representan hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO2, alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, fenilo, un heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos que se seleccionan independientemente de O, S y N, siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes o átomos adyacentes de azufre y oxígeno, COR8, OR7, SH, alquil C1-8tio, alquil C1-8sulfinilo, alquil C1-8sulfonilo, feniltio, fenilsulfinilo, fenilsulfonilo, N(R9)2, CO2R7, O(CO)R8, CON(R9)2, NR9COR8 o CR8N-OR7, donde el alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, fenilo y heterociclo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos que se seleccionan independientemente de halógeno, CN, NH2, NO2, OR7, alquilo C1-4 y haloalquilo C1-4;
