Abstract

La señalización de contenidos es proporcionada por un dispositivo receptor de visualización que comprende uno o más inputs de origen, donde cada input de origen está configurado para recibir una señal de contenidos desde una fuente correspondiente de contenidos. El dispositivo receptor de visualización además comprende un módulo de identificación de contenidos para enviar información de muestra derivada de cada señal de contenidos recibida a un procesador de señalizaciones y para recibir desde el procesador de señalizaciones información de contenidos para cada fuente de contenidos correspondiente, en donde la información de contenidos para una determinada fuente de contenidos indica un ítem de contenidos incorporado por la señal de contenidos recibida desde esa fuente particular de contenidos. El dispositivo receptor de visualización comprende además un módulo de asociación para asociar el ítem de contenidos que corresponde a la fuente particular de contenidos con uno o más ítems de contenidos asociados que no corresponden a la fuente particular de contenidos.
