Abstract

En otra realizacion la invencion se relaciona con un empaquetado de producto que comprende una bandeja de espuma, un producto en la bandeja y una cubierta de polímero que envuelve la carne y la bandeja en donde la bandeja de espuma comprende un material absorbedor de oxígeno, en donde el material absorbedor de oxígeno comprende un absorbedor de oxígeno distribuido en la espuma y en donde el absorbedor de oxígeno tiene un tamano de partícula inferior a 25 ?m.
