Abstract

Procedimiento para filtrar bebidas turbias, particularmente vino turbio, proveniente de al menos un tanque, en el cual se ha formado un sedimento, mediante una disposicion de filtracion que tiene preferiblemente las siguientes etapas operativas: a) la bebida turbia es clarificada en un primer circuito de filtracion (11) con modulos de filtracion (6) que tienen canales (9) con un diámetro menor y a continuacion descargada, y b) el no-filtrado remanente proveniente de la etapa a) y/o el sedimento de la bebida turbia es clarificado/son clarificados en un segundo circuito de filtracion (12) con modulos de filtracion (7) que tiene canales (9) con un diámetro mayor y a continuacion descargado.
