Abstract

Un método para fabricar curvatubos revestidos, en donde el tubo más pequeno y más delgado se inserta en el tubo más grande y más grueso; ambas extremidades del ensamblaje de tubo se sellan mediante soldadura y el espacio cerrado se llena con nitrogeno. El gas se coloca luego bajo presion, y una porcion del ensamblaje de tubo se calienta por medio de un dispositivo de induccion de calor hasta alcanzar una temperatura apropiada para permitir una buena capacidad de deformacion del metal. Luego se aplica un momento flector al tiempo que se mantiene la presion interna neumática controlada en el interior del ensamblaje de tubo.
