Abstract
Provided is a heat-dissipation guide tube manufacturing method, which comprises performing a stamping on two metal sheets to respectively form two semi-housings with corresponding profiles, wherein at least one semi-housing is provided with a recess; placing metal powder in the recess; performing a high-temperature sintering operation on the semi-housing placed with metal powder and welding and combining the semi-housings to form an initial tube blank having a closed end and an opened end, and the interior thereof is provided with an accommodation space, and a capillary structure layer; then, injecting the working fluid into the accommodation space of the initial tube blank and vacuum-pumping the same; and finally, welding and sealing the opened end of the initial tube blank so as to finish the manufacture of the heat-dissipation guide tube according to the present invention. As a result, it is able to simplify the manufacturing process, raise the production yield, and increase the heat-dissipation performance, so that the heat-dissipation guide pipe is not restricted in shape design and has excellent heat conduction efficiency.
