Abstract
Proveer un aparato y método que pueda llevar a cabo la combustion para suprimir la resíntesis de las dioxinas generadas durante la incineracion, el tratamiento de neutralizacion, y la remocion de materiales suspendidos en forma de partículas, de manera eficiente y economica. Un sistema de incinerador de lecho fluido de torbellino de dos etapas, que comprende: un incinerador de lecho fluido de torbellino de dos etapas que incluye una cámara de lecho fluido de torbellino de primera etapa, una cámara de torbellino de gas de segunda etapa, una cámara de combustion del gas, una cámara de refrigeracion del gas, una cámara del gas de escape, y una tubería de escape; y un colector de polvos ultrasonico humedo y un intercambio de calor provisto en un estado de comunicacion de fluidos entre la cámara de refrigeracion del gas y la cámara del gas de escape, y adaptado para utilizar la energía térmica intercambiada térmicamente mediante el intercambio de calor para el incinerador.
