Abstract
Un proceso para la conversion de metanol en olefinas (MTO), que incluye poner metanol en contacto con aire en un reactor de MTO; recuperar del reactor de MTO un efluente que comprende metanol, etileno y oxidos de nitrogeno; separar el efluente mediante una o más etapas de destilacion reactiva y/o destilacion usando un absorbente de hidrocarburo para recuperar una primera fraccion que comprende etileno y una segunda fraccion que comprende metano; en donde la separacion comprende realizar dichas una o más etapas de destilacion extractora y/o destilacion a temperaturas y presiones que impidan una conversion sustancial de oxidos de nitrogeno en N2O3. Reivindicacion 1: Un proceso para la conversion de metanol en olefinas, caracterizado porque dicho proceso comprende: poner metanol en contacto con al menos uno entre aire y nitrogeno en un sistema de reactores de conversion de metano-a-olefinas; recuperar del efluente de un sistema de reactores de MTO que comprende metanol, éter dimetílico, metano, etileno y oxidos de nitrogeno, incluyendo NO y NO2, separar el efluente mediante una o más etapas de destilacion extractora y/o destilacion para recuperar una primera fraccion que comprende etileno y una segunda fraccion que comprende metano; en donde la separacion comprende realizar dichas una o más etapas de destilacion extractora y/o destilacion a temperaturas y presiones que impidan una conversion sustancial de oxidos de nitrogeno en N2O3.
